In order for you to best understand how to begin efficiently promoting your company we must focus on the four P's of marketing which are; product, placement, pricing and promotion.
Product
Without a product or service which a customer feels they need, exchange cannot occur, this part of the marketing campaign must be well thought out in order to help create competitive advantages for your company (i.e. providing strip and wax, carpet extraction, contracted electrical, plumbing etc.).
Placement
Without being promoted properly to customers who need your service, obviously exchange will not occur. Have you ever walked into a department store looking for a 15-20 gallon commercial shop vac and discovered that apparently they do not carry that product? In which case you go looking elsewhere, only to hear later that they did have the product but it wasn't placed correctly. We will ensure that your company has proper placement with customers who need your service.Pricing
In order to adequately promote your company pricing will play a vital role. We will be bidding customers for your company. We are not a company who believes in low cost competition, we prefer to build value through the services which the customer will receive (i.e. your company is being promoted through TJA because you are entirely qualified to provide exceptional service without regard to emergency situations).Promotion
In order for successful promotion to occur we must learn who your company is, why it exists, and why a customer should choose your services rather than the next janitorial service.There will be many more opportunities to discuss this information as we move forward in our partnership. - Orientation- consists of expectations between partners
- Business Plan- either develop your business plan step by step or use your existing business plan to conduct our needs analysis
- Needs Analysis- developed specifically to ensure that your company is in a promotable situation.
We will start promotion of your company once we can ensure unique, gratifying information is able to be published for your company so that we can most effectively acquire contracts for you. With the needs analysis we will place your company in one of three levels which will help us determine the tools and kits we will be providing for you in order to shore up your business and direct it to success.
